When the article is accepted for publication, the corresponding author and all co-authors must fill in and send the copyright form to the Editorial Office.

Copyright transfer is free.

NO fees or charges are required for manuscript processing and/or publishing articles in the journal.

Permission to reproduce published papers is granted on Authors’ request, on the understanding that full quotation is given.

Ethics

This journal is committed to maintaining high standards of integrity in the research it publishes and to promoting ethical practices throughout the editorial and peer-review process.

The publication of peer-reviewed articles plays a central role in the advancement of knowledge in international economics. It is not only a means of communication, but also a reflection of the quality and reliability of the authors' work, and, by extension, the institutions supporting them. For this reason, all parties involved in the publication process—authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher—are expected to act with honesty, fairness, and respect.

The journal has a competing interest policy in place. Authors are required to declare any potential conflicts of interest at the time of submission, including financial, personal, or professional relationships that could be perceived to influence the content of their manuscript.

All manuscripts are subject to a rigorous double-anonymous peer review process, aimed at ensuring an objective and impartial assessment of submitted work. Reviewers are expected to provide constructive feedback and maintain confidentiality throughout the process.

Authors must submit original work that has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere. The journal does not tolerate plagiarism or any form of academic misconduct. All submissions may be checked using plagiarism detection software. In cases of suspected misconduct, the editorial team will follow recognized international guidelines, including the COPE Core Practices and Best Practice Guidelines .

Authors are responsible for adhering to applicable ethical standards, particularly in studies involving human participants, personal data, or sensitive economic or social information. Where relevant, informed consent and appropriate ethical approvals must be documented. Editors and reviewers are also expected to act in accordance with COPE’s principles, particularly regarding confidentiality, impartiality, and transparency.

The journal is committed to fostering a respectful academic environment. Discrimination, harassment, or retaliation of any kind will not be tolerated.

Etica

La rivista si impegna a mantenere elevati standard di integrità dei lavori pubblicati ed a promuovere pratiche etiche attraverso processi editoriali peer-review.

La pubblicazione di articoli sottoposti a revisione peer-review ha un ruolo centrale nello sviluppo delle conoscenze dell’economia internazionale. Non è soltanto un mezzo di diffusione della conoscenza ma anche lo specchio della qualità ed affidabilità del lavoro degli autori e, per estensione, delle istituzioni che li supportano. Per questa ragione, tutti i soggetti coinvolti nel processo di pubblicazione – autori, editori, reviewer e publisher – devono agire secondo onestà, equità e rispetto.

La rivista si è dotata di una politica sui conflitti di interesse. Al momento della submission agli autori è richiesta una dichiarazione su eventuali conflitti di interesse , inclusi rapporti  finanziari, personali o professionali, che potrebbero influenzare il contenuto dei loro articoli.

Tutti i lavori sono soggetti ad una rigorosa procedura a doppio cieco volta ad assicurare una valutazione imparziale ed obiettiva dei lavori stessi. Ai reviewer viene richiesto di fornire un feedback costruttivo e di mantenere il massimo riserbo durante tutto il processo di revisione.

I lavori sottoposti alla rivista devono essere inediti e non devono essere stati proposti ad altre riviste prima o simultaneamente alla nostra. Il plagio non è tollerato, né è consentita alcuna forma di scorrettezza in ambito accademico. La redazione si riserva la possibilità di utilizzare software per individuare eventuali plagi. Nel caso venissero riscontrati, la redazione adotterà linee guida internazionalmente riconosciute (incluso quelle di COPE).

È responsabilità degli autori adottare standard etici soprattutto nel caso di studi che includono la partecipazione di persone, dati personali o altre informazioni sensibili (sia economiche che sociali). Ove pertinente, il consenso informato e appropriate approvazioni etiche devono essere documentati.

Anche l’Editore e i reviewer sono soggetti ai principi etici di COPE, soprattutto per quanto riguarda  riservatezza, imparzialità e trasparenza.

La rivista si impegna a favorire un ambiente accademico rispettoso. Non sono tollerate  discriminazioni, molestie o ritorsioni.
